MAIN LEGAL CONSTRAINTS – maximum 2 floors high and 180 sq. meters for the house + 30 sq. meters for the garage. The house has minimum setbacks of 3 meters to plot front and sides and 5 meters to plot rear. The garage can be placed in one of the rear corners of the plot with a maximum height of 3 meters.
